1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to the use of the website www.one4all.com (hereinafter: "Website") and the purchase of One4All gift cards (hereinafter: "Gift Cards") via the Website. By using the Website and/or purchasing a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

- Customer: the natural person or legal entity who purchases a Gift Card via the Website.
- Gift Card: the One4All gift card that can be used at participating merchants.

3. Applicability
3.1 These Terms apply to every offer made by One4All and to every agreement concluded between One4All and the Customer.
3.2 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing by One4All.
4. The Offer
4.1 All offers made by One4All are without obligation, unless a term for acceptance is stated in the offer.
4.2 If an offer contains an obvious mistake or error, One4All is not bound by that offer.
5. The Agreement
5.1 The agreement between One4All and the Customer is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set by One4All.
5.2 If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, One4All will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies from the day on which the Gift Card is received by the Customer.
6.2 During the withdrawal period, the Customer must handle the Gift Card and its packaging with care. The Customer may only unpack the Gift Card to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Gift Card.
6.3 If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Gift Card to One4All within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal, including all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
6.4 The costs for returning the Gift Card are borne by the Customer.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment for the Gift Card must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on the Website.
7.2 The Customer is obliged to provide correct and complete payment details.
8. Delivery
8.1 One4All will deliver the Gift Card as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the agreement is concluded, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.
8.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Gift Card passes to the Customer at the moment of delivery.
9. Use of the Gift Card
9.1 The Gift Card can be used at participating merchants as indicated on the Website.
9.2 The Gift Card is valid for a period of [number] years after purchase.
9.3 The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Liability
10.1 One4All is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Gift Card, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of One4All.

11.1 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to One4All within a reasonable time after the Customer has discovered the defects.

12.1 One4All processes personal data of the Customer in accordance with its privacy statement, which can be found on the Website.
13. Final Provisions
13.1 Dutch law applies to these Terms and the agreement between One4All and the Customer.
13.2 All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the district where One4All is established.
