What is the Amsterdam Light Festival?
You've probably heard of the Amsterdam Light Festival. This is the light art festival held in a public space in Amsterdam. It is a special route consisting of 20-30 special light artworks by international artists. These are specially created for the festival. The entire route goes through the city centre of Amsterdam.
Getting a Ticket
With a Festival Gift Card you can easily score a ticket for the Amsterdam Light Festival. The festival is organised by a foundation that works all year round to connect people with light art. The festival runs this year from 30 November 2023 to 21 January 2024, so you still have plenty of time to get a ticket in advance. This is possible from August until October. Quickly check your diary for when you are free and can come here. It is really worth visiting. Most people come back annually once they have seen it and are therefore happy to return.
